| As a mother and an advocate for children of sex crimes; here is my point of view: I have been a major source of support for children who were real victims of child molestation and rape. In the past 20 years, I have walked ten different children through this horrible ordeal. From the point of discovery, to holding their little hands while they walked being terrified into testifying at trials. I have worked with various different Michigan State Police Agencies and various different Child Protective Service Agencies to ensure that the perpetrators were sent to prison, and the real child victims were able to receive counseling-even taking them myself when needed. I have been recognized in the past by Michigan State Troopers; Protective Service Worker’s and Judges for the compassion and abilities involved in advocating and supporting these victims. Therefore, when I found that my own child had been falsely, wrongfully accused of the same heinous crimes, literally, my world crumbled all around me.I no longer could make any sense of the Judicial System that I worked so hard with to do good in the past. I had been commended and praised by many very influential people in society for taking on such a heart wrenching task as these cases were. I used to have a tremendous amount of faith in these people who officially handle these types of cases. So when Joshua Stough was falsely accused, I totally expected that his case would be handled in the same professional manner; with dignity and integrity that the other cases I had worked so hard on were handled. I found out very quickly that this certainly was not the case! My sense and understanding of our Judicial System as I knew it, was shattered and it took on a dark, sinister, horrifically terrifying perspective...I learned very quickly that in Traverse City, Michigan that the real criminals are not all the outlandish amount of people that the prosecution team charges with CSC crimes, but the prosecution team themselves; The Assistant Prosecutor, Noelle Moeggenberg would be the main participant, who has been described to me as: "an immature child, who makes even knowingly false allegations because then she gets to "act" out the most important part, in the drama that she has created, in the 86th District Court, and 13th Circuit Court, along with the fact that it brings her the attention that she so thrives on. ~She has absolutely no conscience." Her, need to feel important trumps the truth and devastates many innocent lives and families, since only 2% of all accused, force trials, and even less than that refuse five month plea bargains, in place of 7 life sentences, that she offered. Every person within her and Alan Schnieder's jurisdiction is in great harm-especially men! Alan Schnieder allows this behavior in his prosecutor's because they make him alot of money! They have found a way to take your money and assets and then get more money from the State and Federal government, (Attorney General) for doing exactly this. Now, if a person in the community were to devise a plan like this~it would be called a "scam" and we would be arrested, and should be. But, seeing as they are Prosecutor's they are allowed to do anything they want to anyone-as our Governor's and Legislator's have given Prosecutor's FULL IMMUNITY! No matter what they choose to do. No one has any recourse! ..It has proven to be an extremely sad time in AMERICA! The American people are not free when we have to live in total fear of rogue; dishonest Prosecutor's! Where conviction rates mean more than innocence! |
| We have fought for the Rights of every person, especially those in Traverse City Michigan. By forcing the system that was "such common practice" to change. Shortly after this case ended in FULL EXONERATION, we fought further. We made every agency that took part in the fabricated scheme, to face us; to explain how they could do this to someone they knew was innocent, as they had his work records and also knew who the real perpetrator was. Since this trial in Traverse City Michigan, it is now MANDATORY that the police, protective services, PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE and other human service agencies take and pass "Forensic Interviewing Protocol" classes- and they all have to USE IT! The Judge, Foresman (who signed numerous felony warrants with absolutely no evidence) quietly has resigned, the same week that President Obama sent me a letter regarding this case. There were other changes also made RESULTING IN FEWER CSC ARRESTS BEING MADE NOW! |
